摘要: 受地区条件限制,某拟建原油管道需穿越大武地下水富集区。从管道本体、防腐、线路截断阀室、泄漏检测、光纤预警、地下水监测井、防渗方案等方面论述了管道穿越地下水富集区采取的技术防范措施,并对施工期和运营管理提出了环境保护要求。提高管道本质安全,降低管道泄漏的环境风险,确保地下水环境的安全

Abstract: Restricted by regional conditions, a proposed crude oil pipeline has to pass through Dawu groundwater enrichment area. This paper discusses the technical prevention measures for pipeline passing through groundwater enrichment area from the aspects of pipeline body, anti-corrosion, line block valve chamber, leakage detection, optical fiber early warning, groundwater monitoring well and anti-seepage scheme, and puts forward some environmental protection requirements for construction period and operation management, so as to improve the intrinsic safety of pipeline, reduce the environmental risk of pipeline leakage and ensure the safety of groundwater environment
